An independent, family-owned distributorship that was started by Ronda Derby in 2012. She got tired of larger corporations buying out small product lines and making it hard for salons to be successful. She has been in the industry since 1999 and decided it was time to make a change for herself, offering her salons non-diverted, exciting, and competitive lines.
Solair Beauté Concepts sells non-diverted hair care products to certified salons and stylists. Solair is a distributorship that calls on the state of Iowa and parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our values will ensure that our customers are treated with respect and honesty during every interaction; we are here to help stylists succeed and grow their business. Order and Return Policies
Account Set Up
· Licensed cosmetologists only.
· Setting up an account with Solair Beauté Concepts will require the following information:
o Name of salon
o Contact person
o Phone number
o Cosmetology license number and state of issue
o Tax ID number
o Mastercard/ Visa/ Checks Accepted
· Parts of Minnesota (Email for Locations)
· Parts of Wisconsin (Email for Locations)
· Applied to back bar/ professional items only with a valid tax ID number on file.
Shipping Costs Policy:
· Orders placed by 3pm CST will ship next day with an $12.95 shipping & handling charge.
· For 2 or more orders being shipped to the same location a reduced shipping & handling charge $6.95 will be applied per order.
· Free shipping will be applied to all orders of $500 or more.
Refused Shipments Policy:
· A refused shipment that is returned to Solair Beauté Concepts will have a $20 reshipment fee that is required to be paid prior to any future orders.
Returned Check Policy:
· A check that is returned due to non-sufficient funds will have a $30 service fee in addition to the amount of the check. This amount is required to be paid prior to any future orders.
· If 3 checks are returned to Solair Beauté Concepts, checks will no longer be accepted.
Cedar Rapids/ Marion/ Hiawatha Pick Up Policy:
· Orders placed by 3pm CST on Friday will be available for optional pick up the following Monday from 9-4pm CST, order must be paid at the time it is order is placed.
· At any time throughout the week when an order is placed the cosmetologist may request thet the order is available for pick up the following Monday.
Missing/ Damaged Product Policy:
· Any claims for missing or damaged products must be reported within 3 business days of receiving shipment.
· All damaged items must be returned to sales consultant.
· For credit on overstocked items the following conditions must be met, restocking fees may be applied if applicable:
o Notification to a sales consultant
o Products must be in original packaging and be resalable (at sales consultants discretion)
o Product must be free of all pricing, stickers, and sticker residue
o Discontinued merchandise or packaging and used products may not be returned
o Invoice number is required to receive full credit, if invoice number is not available credit will be received for last sale price
o Restocking fees
No restocking fees applied up to 60 days of original invoice receipt
25% restocking fee applied up to 120 days of original invoice receipt
Anything over 120 days of purchase is nonreturnable
